This requires specific injection techniques to avoid feminizing the features. I use different injection techniques, different product placement, and typically more conservative volumes in men. The results should make you look refreshed and well-defined, not softer or more feminine. It requires a physician who understands male aesthetics and has experience treating male patients specifically.

Key factors include your specific goals, tolerance for downtime, budget, and preference for gradual versus immediate results. A successful outcome relies on a series of treatments or combination approaches managed by a qualified physician who understands masculine aesthetics.
12. How long do results typically last for your male patients from these different cosmetic treatments?
Treatment longevity varies significantly depending on which modality we’re discussing. Neuromodulators like BOTOX® typically last three to four months before you need a touch-up. Dermal fillers depending on the product and placement can last anywhere from six months to two years. Sculptra® and biostimulators provide results that can last two years or more once your series is complete. AGNES® RF and Scarlet® SRF microneedling create collagen production that continues improving for months and results can last a year or longer, though periodic maintenance enhances outcomes. AGNES® Ultra fat reduction is essentially permanent because those fat cells are eliminated, though maintaining results requires stable weight. NOUVADerm® laser improvements are long-lasting but ongoing sun protection and skincare are essential. What I tell my patients is that aesthetic medicine is really about maintenance and ongoing care rather than one-and-done solutions. Most men who are happy with their results choose to maintain them with periodic treatments, which is perfectly normal and expected. We create a customized maintenance plan based on your specific treatments and goals.
13. Is there significant downtime with aesthetic treatments offered by Novel U Wellness?
Downtime varies by treatment, and this is always a major consideration for my male patients with busy professional and personal lives.
