She is a group instructor and sport Nutritionist and member of EREPS (European registered professionals).
She started her career in fitness about 13 years ago as a Cycling Coach while she was studying her BA in Architecture.
She got her Master in visual arts and communication in design.
Her Passion in fitness and health led her to study and search more about different types of training for individual goals.
She believes that healthy body will lead to healthy mind and the combination will provide a happy life.
She is an expert in all type of trainings including: Strength training, HIIT, Tabata, Endurance, body sculpt, functional and etc.
She joined Novel U Wellness Center to help our patients to reach their fitness goal in conjunction with their diet to earn the body shape they deserve and feel more confident about it.
